2. Free Website Offer

Free website builds are offered as an introductory sample of our work. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue this offer at any time. A completed sample build does not obligate you to purchase any further services, and does not obligate us to provide hosting, domain registration, or ongoing maintenance unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Bookkeeping Services

QuickBooks bookkeeping services, where engaged, are subject to a separate service agreement covering scope, fees, and responsibilities, to be provided upon request.

4. Intellectual Property

Sample sites and designs remain the property of The-Money-Guy Ltd until any applicable purchase or transfer agreement is finalized. Stock photography used in samples is licensed for demonstration purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The-Money-Guy Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its services.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
